About MarFar Sauce

MarFar Sauce was inspired by Chinese sauces that were once commonly found at Chinese restaurants in a small corner of Oregon, and known as Pink Sauce or Shrimp Sauce.

The creator of MarFar Sauce grew up trying all the different variations. Pretty much every restaurant offered the same sauce, but they all tried to put their own signature on it.

Over the years, many of these establishments have closed or changed hands several times, leading to a decline in quality or an outright loss of this great sauce.

On top of that, this style of sauce is only found in a handful of small rural towns in Southern Oregon. Why?

The creator of MarFar Sauce was determined to carry the flame for this culinary treasure, and share it with the world. After years of research & development and ingredient formulation, we are pleased to offer MarFar Sauce!
